How to make a request
- Use the button above or email CUBEDAppInfo@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line CUBED account and data deletion request.
- Send the request from the email address registered to your CUBED account, or include that registered email address in your message.
Do not include your password, patient-identifiable information or clinical photographs in the email.
What happens next
We may contact you to verify that the request relates to your account. We aim to respond to legitimate requests within one month, although complex requests may take longer. If that happens, we will let you know.
What will be deleted
Following verification, we will delete your CUBED account and the personal data associated with it where we have no lawful reason to retain it. This may include your name, email address, login and profile information, CUBED lesion assessments and feedback associated with your account.
Information that may be retained
We may retain information where this is required for legal, regulatory, accounting, reporting or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Information that has already been fully anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with you may be retained for research or statistical purposes. If we cannot delete particular information, we will explain what is retained and why.
